We are happy to let you know we have all the plans completed for the Spring Picnic. Details and directions can be found in the attachment. It will be held in North Park at the Roosevelt Pavilion which is a large shelter (over 2000 sq. ft.) with electricity. Social distancing will not be a problem. All COVID orders and guidelines will be followed. We have obtained an alcohol permit for the picnic. We are asking you to provide your own beverages. All alcoholic beverages in glass bottles are prohibited. Solo cups and water bottles will be provided. The buffet dinner will be catered by Rico's restaurant. MENU Chicken fontinella Deep fried shrimp Pasta Vegetables Price: $30 We are asking you to contribute something to our dinner.
